Ace Property Provisions provides supported housing services to adults with learning disabilities, mental and physical health problems, complex behavioural issues, end of life care at home.

The housing services will benefit the needs of the local community by ensuring individuals with complex needs live within the communities where they have equal access to healthcare, employment, education and activities.

Ace Property Provisions will work with strategic partners to provide specialist accommodation options for the above client groups. This will include leasing properties and being the landlord-providing full tenancy and housing management services to tenants.

In addition, Ace Property Provisions will develop services to meet the needs of the vulnerable people within the community.

These may include day services, holistic therapies, animal therapies, art projects, gardening projects, service user led eco-groups, field studies and social groups. These services will benefit the community by providing meaningful and therapeutic activities enhancing individual’s well-being.
